Shaping the Future: Charrette for South Stormont’s New Development Areas

On September 19, 2024, our team facilitated a charrette for the Township of South Stormont, focusing on two new development areas to help shape our planning and design strategies for these sites.

The sessions engaged community stakeholders in collaborative exercises, including mood boards and "design puzzles”, to inform future planning of these areas. Together, we explored housing diversity, community spaces, and different options for the layout of the sites.
