Lucan Biddulph Streetscape Strategy

In November 2021, a project team composed of Re:Public Urbanism and Thinc design, was retained to prepare a Streetscape Strategy for the Township of Lucan Biddulph. The project is a two-part process involving the development of a streetscape strategy for Lucan’s two primary main streets: Lucan Main Street, and Granton Line in Granton and to concurrently conduct an accessibility audit of both streets and associated public spaces. Both projects are intended to follow the direction outlined in the Township’s recently adopted Community Improvement Plan as well as the policy directions established in the Township’s Official Plan.
