Nunavut General Monitoring Plan Strategic Plan

The Nunavut General Monitoring Plan (NGMP) was established in order to monitor the state and health of the ecosystem and socio-economic environment of Nunavut. After developing a strategic plan in 2012 Re:Public was engaged to develop and facilitated a strategic planning session for the NGMP Secretariat to renew their strategic plan. This involved developing a workshop program for participants, the development of consensus positions on recommended actions and initiatives, and the development of an implementation plan and schedule.
