National Capital Business Park Master Plan

Re:Public was engaged by Ottawa-based development firm Avenue 31, to develop a master planned 40 ha (100 acre) business park in Eastern Ottawa on lands under long term lease by the National Capital Commission. As part of a larger multi-disciplinary team, Re:Public led the development of the Park’s urban design guidelines and sustainability guidelines and is currently leading both the federal and local land use approvals for the Park.
