Strathroy Urban Design Guidelines

To ensure that new development and redevelopment in the downtown makes a positive contribution to the community, the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc engaged Re:Public to complete urban design guidelines for both the built form and the public realm. The focus of the guidelines surrounds creating human scale, pedestrian friendly development that reflects local building traditions and heritage, and builds on community assets such as the Sydenham River, Alexandra Park, and the downtown’s built heritage.
